As for overnight queuing, the organizers did not release any info about it.
however, for SHINEE WORLD CONCERT
It was banned, those insisted on over nighting got punished. 
Some of them ended up at the back of the queue and so on.

Our friends who went for SWC went at 9AM and they were at the front, and SWC moshpit is wayyyy SMALLER than ours.
We would Strongly advise you not to stay over, but it’s ultimately your choice at the end of the day!
